Why so serious?

My favorite joker quotes...
“If you are good at something .. dont do it for free.”
“Madness is like gravity….All it takes is a little push.”
“Our organization is small, but we have a lot of opportunities for aggressive expansion.”
"I believe whatever doesn’t kill you simply makes you… stranger."

I love..

..the way he sits...

..the way he claps...

..the way he drives...

i need to loosen up like him...

Book of Sirach 26:1-4, 13-16

This was one of the readings during the wedding, I've highlighted a phase within the reading which I showed our scouts mistress during the wedding mass..
Happy is the husband of a good wife; the number of his days will be doubled. A loyal wife brings joy to her husband, and he will complete his years in peace. A good wife is a great blessing; she will be granted among the blessings of the man who fears the Lord. Whether rich or poor, his heart is content, and at all times his face is cheerful.

A wife’s charm delights her husband, and her skill puts flesh on his bones. A silent wife is a gift from the Lord, and nothing is so precious as her self-discipline. A modest wife adds charm to charm, and no scales can weigh the value of her chastity. Like the sun rising in the heights of the Lord, so is the beauty of a good wife in her well-ordered home. Like the shining lamp on the holy lampstand, so is a beautiful face on a stately figure. Like golden pillars on silver bases, so are shapely legs and steadfast feet.

To which she replied... She pity my future wife. =P

Jeremy's Wedding

Decided to remove the past posts in my blog and start a new one so I shall start with a very happy occasion today, the church wedding of my secondary school good friend, Jeremy Tay (yes we have the same surname).

Well a bit of history of this friend of mine:
  1. We were in scouts together would hang around the maris stella scouts den together everyday from monday to SATURDAY.
  2. He was our Senior Patrol Leader - ok i small tart. Assistant Patrol Leader only.
  3. We endured all kinda scouts tekkan camp every year, there were years we learnt to kill chicken and bullfrogs in Pulau Ubin. Then we would cook em for dinner - yum yum.
  4. I would not listen to class and just ask him for a summary and he could always summarize what was taught in a few lines. - which makes it kinda sad he doesn't become a tutor or lecturer.
  5. We kinda lost touch in JC but i would see him occassionally in the 135 bus on my way to TJC. - he go VJC i go TJC.
Anyway here are some photos from the event:
